#SkillsTo
Empower

A pathway to dignified work

#SkillsToEmpower focuses on learning and skills that support informed choices and pathways into dignified work.

Why this programme

Dignity in body
and in work

Women are better able to take part in education, work and community life when barriers to both bodily and economic dignity are addressed together.

#SkillsToEmpower draws on Selyn’s experience employing and supporting women in production roles. It aims to turn that experience into a structured pathway to dignified work for women and young people who are often left out.
