A woman’s opportunities depend on more than access to work. Health, knowledge and the freedom to make informed choices also matter. Selyn Foundation supports women’s wellbeing and opportunities through two programmes: #SkillsToEmpower and #BleedGood.
#SkillsToEmpower focuses on learning and skills that support informed choices and pathways into dignified work. Through #BleedGood, the Foundation combines access to reusable menstrual products with menstrual health education.
Selyn Foundation was established in 2009 as the non-profit social impact arm of the Selyn Group, whose handloom business began in 1991. The Foundation is guided by a simple belief: every woman deserves both the dignity of meaningful work and the freedom of a healthy body.

ARTISAN DEVELOPMENT
Through our Artisan Development program, we empower rural women and men with training and resources, enhancing skills to create high-quality products and
achieve financial independence and support.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Our Community Development initiatives uplift entire communities through collaboration with local partners. We address needs like infrastructure, clean water, sanitation, and healthcare, ensuring a better quality of life for all
EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT
Education is fundamental. We prioritize equal opportunities, offering scholarships, resources, and support. Through our program, we empower underprivileged children to unlock their potential and pursue their dreams.
HEALTH AND SANITATION
We prioritize community well-being. Our Health and Sanitation program improves artisans' and families' health through hygiene promotion, healthcare resources,
and better sanitation,
